Welcome to Halza. We understand that health data is an extremely important and private asset. This privacy policy sets out Halza's responsibility for protecting your personal information, in strict compliance with applicable laws. By using the app or website, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Scope of information collected
2.1. Purpose of collecting information: Halza App collects users' personal information in order to:
- Create and manage personal Halza accounts.
- Store, manage and share users' electronic medical records.
- Support appointment booking, consultations and related medical services.
- Send notifications, appointment reminders and help with using the service.
- Improve the experience and quality of Halza's services.
2.2. Scope of information collected: The information Halza may collect includes: full name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, address, medical record information, test results, medical images, medical history and health data that users enter or sync from medical devices.
3. Purpose of using information
Users' personal information is used only for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining and improving Halza App services.
- Helping users manage and share medical information with doctors or healthcare facilities, with the user's consent.
- Communication, technical support, customer care or notices of policy changes.
- Complying with legal requirements or lawful requests from the authorities.
4. Data retention period
Halza keeps users' personal information for as long as the Halza account is active or until the user asks for the data to be deleted. After a user asks to delete their account, we will delete or anonymise their personal information within 30 working days, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

6. Right to access and correct personal information
Users may access, update or ask us to delete their personal information at any time through the Halza app or by sending a request to: SalesVN@halza.com. Halza will respond to and handle the request as soon as possible, and no later than 15 working days after receiving a valid request.
7. Commitment to information security
- Halza is committed to fully protecting users' personal information with advanced technical, management and security measures. All personal data is encrypted and stored securely on servers in data centres that meet international standards.
- Halza does not share, sell or disclose personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except when required by a competent state authority or by law.
- This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Please review it regularly to stay informed of the latest changes.
